The Site Plan above locates the following components of Middlebury South Village:

Commercial

• The various commercial buildings are labeled ‘office/retail’, ‘retail’, 'restaurant' and 'bank'.

• The 24 lot ‘Village Home Neighborhood’ off Middle Road. These 1/4 acre, single family home lots, plus 5 others of similar size that front on Creek Road are being developed by The Snyder Companies www.snydercompanies.com. These homes will fall in the 1,400sf – 1,800sf size range.

• The 27 lot, horse-shoe shaped ‘Cottage Neighborhood’ is being developed by Neighbor Works of Western Vermont www.nwwvt.org. These homes will be in the 1,200sf – 1,400sf size range.

• The 30 unit, rental apartment site, located just to the right of the elliptical pond on Lacrosse Drive, which parallels U.S. Rte. 7 and connects Middle and Creek Roads. These 1 and 2 bedroom units will be development by Housing Vermont www.hvt.org.
